Can I connect multiple Intune tenants into the same Xurrent Instance?

Answer This is something that we're working on and it's currently available in private preview. Please contact us if you're interested in trying this out before released to the general audience.

Can you support devices from Configuration Manager if I already have Intune?

Answer: Yes, this is possible, you would have to integrate Configuration Manager and Intune first, but after that is done then the connector will import these devices into Xurrent via the Intune service.

How can I delete CIs that are imported into Xurrent using the connector?

Answer: At this moment it is not possible to delete CIs in QA or production environments in Xurrent, it is however possible to put a device into a non-active state, so it does not show in the Configuration Items view. You can setup retention policies within Xurrent for CIs to ensure non-active devices are archived and later trashed.

If I purchase tokens "up-front", do they expire?

Answer: Currently no, tokens do not expire. However, we reserve the right to change this policy in the future.
